Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your WuduCup quickly and reliably, while maintaining high standards of service.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods such as promotions or Ramadan, please allow additional time for processing.
Delivery
- Standard UK delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
- International delivery will take between 5-10 business days.
- Shipping is complimentary and included in the purchase price.
- For multiple-item orders, items will be consolidated for efficient delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We are committed to providing a fair and transparent returns policy that balances customer satisfaction with sustainable business practices.
14-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be pre-approved by our Support Team.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@wuducup.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Tracked postage is required to ensure traceability.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs included in your order total are non-refundable.
Items marked as "free" in bundle deals must be returned with the full bundle. If not returned, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
Used or opened products are not eligible for a full refund but may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request a replacement, email support@wuducup.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking confirms delivery, WuduCup Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For delays or delivery issues, please contact your courier directly.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@wuducup.com with supporting photos to request a replacement.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
We cannot cancel or amend orders once they are placed due to rapid processing.
If your order was placed outside of business hours, you may request cancellation within 12 hours by emailing orders@wuducup.com. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.
Crowdfunding Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting our crowdfunding campaign for the Wudu Cup on the LaunchGood platform. We appreciate your pledge and your trust in our product. Please read this refund policy carefully to understand our commitment to you, our valued backers.
1. Pledge Refunds Prior to Campaign End:
If you've pledged support to our campaign on LaunchGood but wish to cancel your pledge before the campaign's end date, you can do so directly through the LaunchGood platform. LaunchGood allows backers to cancel their pledges during the active campaign. Please refer to LaunchGood's terms and conditions for information regarding this process.
2. Pledge Refunds After Campaign End:
Once our campaign has ended, we will not be able to issue refunds for pledges made. This is because your contributions are essential to our ability to produce and deliver the Wudu Cup to you and other backers. Your pledge is used directly to support the development, production, and distribution of the product, and we rely on your contributions to make our campaign a success.
3. Product Delivery:
Please note that the Wudu Cup is a crowdfunding project, and delivery timelines can vary. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery window as mentioned on our campaign page. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate with you through updates on our LaunchGood campaign page.
4. Defective or Damaged Products:
We stand by the quality of our product. If you receive a Wudu Cup that is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace or repair the product at no additional cost to you.
